The A-League 2020/21 season draw is out, and there’s plenty for Jets fans to be excited about as we rocket towards a new season!
Newcastle Members will have access to a massive 15 A-League games this season, with the reciprocal membership offer with Central Coast Mariners active for the fourth season running!
Our #F3Derby rivals will help us kick off the brand-new season with a New Years Eve clash: we take on the Central Coast Mariners in Round 1 action, at 7pm on Thursday 31 December, 2020.
Then, a familiar face returns to the Hunter in Round 2 as we welcome Carl Robinson and the Western Sydney Wanderers for our first home game of the season on Tuesday 5 January.
The league’s newest team, Macarthur Bulls, will make the trip from Campbelltown in Round 4 and play their first competitive minutes in Newcastle on Sunday 17 January at 4pm.
February will see the Jets play three games at home, as we welcome Perth (Round 6), Brisbane (Round 7), and the Central Coast Mariners (Round 9).
A nice run of home-away-home-away matches at the back end of the season will see us play at home three times in May, with games coming in that idyllic late afternoon time slot – Autumn, perfect weather for football.
We’ll close the season at home to Sydney FC on Saturday 29 May.
