Dear Jets Members,

I hope you are keeping well in these trying times, and I would once again like to thank you for your support and patience as we move towards the resumption of the Hyundai A-League 2019/20 season.

Football Federation Australia (FFA) have yesterday released an update to our remaining fixtures with our Round 24 match against Wellington Phoenix being moved to 7.30pm, Thursday 13 August to be played at Nestrata Jubilee Stadium

This match has been moved due to FFA COVID safe protocols and risk management assessment, to limit the amount a team travels outside the NSW hub.

While we are disappointed that this game will not be played at home, we understand that things change daily in these unprecedented circumstances and the health and safety of the community, as well as players and staff, must come first. We will update you in the coming days about any opportunities for Members to attend this match, and you can let us know your thoughts on our COVID-19 Member Information page.

That leaves us one game to be played at McDonald Jones Stadium against Western United on Sunday 2 August, with kick off at 7.30pm. Under current Government restrictions relating to COVID-19, there is an opportunity for Members to come and support your Jets!

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and the need for social distancing, same seats will not be available and Members will not access the ground using their Member card. We apologise for this, but it is the reality of our situation.

Members will need to redeem tickets via their MyJETS Account, which you can do from 11am on Tuesday 21 July.

Members will be sent a link to a form they will need to fill out to help with the ticket allocation process on Tuesday. This form will give you the opportunity to tell us of any Members you sit with who are not in your same account, as well as any mobility or access issues you have.

McDonald Jones Stadium have confirmed that 2019/20 Season Carpark Passes will be honoured for this event.

We also have two away games against NSW teams in our remaining fixtures that Members may be able to attend.

We have a VERY limited number of tickets available for our Round 28 clash against Sydney FC at Nestrata Jubilee Stadium on Tuesday July 21. If you would like to attend this fixture please enter the ballot at the COVID-19 info page. These tickets will be drawn at random.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions and the reduced capacity of Central Coast Stadium, Members will NOT be provided free access through the usual reciprocal arrangement for our F3 Derby clash.

There will be an allocation of tickets available to Jets Members to purchase via Ticketek from 9am Wednesday 22 July. Our COVID-19 information page will be updated with a link and code to access these tickets. CLICK HERE TO ACCESS OUR COVID-19 INFO PAGE.

Thank you again for your patience and understanding. I know we are all eager to see our Jets back in action and we will update you with any new information as it comes to hand. For now, keep an eye on your emails on Tuesday to redeem your tickets to our home match.

See you at the game!
