Thank you for your support as a Member of the Newcastle Jets. I’m looking forward to meeting you and I know you must have a lot of questions about the future of the club.
Our immediate focus is getting you into the game this Friday.
Firstly, I wanted to assure you that your Membership will be honoured by the Club moving forward.
All Ticketed Members are entitled to attend on Friday and do not need to purchase tickets.
The future of our Club will be built on Membership. We look forward to engaging with you about how we can improve and grow our Membership and make you a closer part of our team.
New COVID-19 restrictions handed down by NSW Health on Monday night complicated the ticketing process for this game as we had to re-allocate seating to ensure social distancing. I acknowledge that the process was not ideal, however it was necessary to allow enough time to get everyone a ticket who needs one.
The extra time before next week’s game allows us to build the process in a way that keeps public sales out of Member seats, and also allocates seats according to Membership type, ensuring that you get the best seats possible under new restrictions. Stay tuned for those details.
Our Membership team are working hard to assist those who are having difficulty redeeming tickets. We have experienced a high volume of enquiries. If you need assistance please email membership@newcastlejets.com.au with the number of tickets required and the details of the Members you are redeeming for and Member Services will allocate your tickets.
We have also just received word that the capacity at McDonald Jones Stadium has been reduced to 25% to keep our Members, fans and the community safe. Tickets that have already been redeemed will not be affected as seats have been allocated with social distancing in place.
It is now mandatory that all members and fans wear masks while attending NSW A-League matches. Click here for more information about the COVID Safety Plans for this event.
