Newcastle Jets are delighted to welcome our newest Official Supplier, Prepd Hydration for the A-League 2020/21 season.
The Prepd two-step drink system has been scientifically developed to boost the body’s hydration effectiveness before, during and after exercise.
It’s scientifically proven to increase fluid absorption by up to 30+% and decrease fluid loss during exercise by up to 85%.
Strength and Conditioning Coach, Brice Johnson, said the partnership with Prepd would enable Newcastle Jets players to perform at their best for longer stretches.
“In the offseason when we were doing research on how best to prepare our athletes and give us that competitive edge, enhancing hydration was a key area for us,” Johnson said.
